Complete Your Carnival Online Check-In

Online check-in is an important part of preparing for the Juneteenth Freedom Cruise™. Carnival Cruise Line manages the official online check-in process for your cruise reservation.

Before you begin, have your Carnival booking information, travel documentation and other required guest information available. Completing the process in advance will help you prepare for embarkation and obtain the documents needed for your arrival at the cruise terminal.

Important

Carnival Controls the Online Check-In Window

Carnival currently allows guests to complete online check-in within 14 days prior to sailing. Online check-in must be completed no later than midnight Eastern Time before the sailing date. Guests should complete the process as soon as their check-in window becomes available rather than waiting until the final day.

Before You Begin

Have Your Information Ready

Gathering your information before starting can make the Carnival online check-in process faster and easier.

1

Carnival Booking Information

Have your Carnival booking number available. Group guests may need the applicable cabin-level booking number associated with their reservation.

2

Travel Documentation

Have the travel documents you intend to use for the cruise available so the information entered during check-in matches your documentation.

3

Guest & Travel Information

Be prepared to provide the guest, travel, contact and other reservation information Carnival requests during the online check-in process.

Step by Step

How to Complete Online Check-In

The actual check-in process takes place through Carnival Cruise Line. Follow these steps once your check-in window opens.

1

Go to Carnival's Manage My Booking

Access your reservation through Carnival Cruise Line's Manage My Booking area. Create a Carnival account if you do not already have one, or sign in to your existing account.

2

Access Your Cruise Reservation

Carnival may request your booking number, guest last name, date of birth, ship and sailing date to locate or associate the reservation with your account.

3

Select Online Check-In

From your Carnival reservation's To Do List, select Online Check-In and follow the instructions provided for each guest on the reservation.

4

Complete the Required Information

Complete the requested guest information, travel documentation, travel plans, onboard expense account, cruise preferences and other required check-in information.

5

Choose Your Arrival Appointment

Select an available Arrival Appointment when prompted. Your selected appointment establishes the designated arrival period for the cruise terminal.

6

Review and Complete Check-In

Review the information carefully, complete Carnival's required acknowledgments and Cruise Ticket Contract, and confirm that online check-in shows as complete.
