Pricing, Terms & Conditions

A $100.00 per person non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. All Prices are per person, based on double occupancy, and includes all parties and events prior and on the cruise. Port fees, taxes are included to your total reservation cost (Gratuities and Insurance not Included). All cabins will be fully confirmed once the full deposits for all cabin occupants are received in full.

Booking Pricing and Policies

All pricing by Carnival Cruise Line, The Sunergia Travel Group and The Juneteenth Freedom Cruise applies to every client, and their guests, as set forth by our Payments. By completing any reservation, You, the client, and your guests expressly agrees to be bound by and accepts these payment terms as stated below and as may be amended from time to time. Such modifications and amendments to have the same force and effect as those set forth below. Failure to accept The acceptance of the "Payments Policy" in the time frame and manner determined by Sunergia Travel Group entitles Sunergia Travel Group to cancel Guest’s reservation without a refund.

Changes and Modifications to Payment Policy:

The Payment Policies of The Sunergia Travel Group and The Juneteenth Freedom are subject to change at any time. Such modifications and changes shall have the full force and effect as the refund policy in force at the time of reservation or completion of registration where allowed by local, state, or federal law.

Conflict Between our Payment Policies and our vendors:

Please note that all payment policies, payment dates, reservation policies, cancellation policies, and reservation changes, set forth in the Sunergia Travel Group and The Juneteenth Freedom Cruise at the time of purchase supersede those policies set forth in our vendors polices at our discretion and where allowed by local, state, or federal law.

Right to Modify or Cancel Payment Policies:

  • Sunergia Travel Group may modify, change, our payment policies and/or payment due dates at out discretion, and all guests will be notified within 30 days of such changes..
  • Sunergia Travel Group reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time at its sole discretion, and/or to deny or refuse service to any person, that does not adhere to the payment polices set forth in each itineary.

Methods of Payment:

If paying deposit by credit/debit card, the guest’s statement will reflect an initial charge from “SNTRAGRPCMH or SNTRAGRP COL OH”, and all subsequent monthly payments charges from Carnival Cruise Lines “Carnival Cruise Tk, Miami, Fl.” until payments are completed. Sunergia Travel Group WILL NOT ACCEPT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CASH, NO FORM OF CHECKS or GIFT CARDSno form of checks, No gifts cards at our discretion will be accepted, No Exceptions.

Credit Cards and Cancellation Fees:

Sunergia Travel Group reserves the right to charge additional fees for returned payments, late payments, missed payments, canceled cards, chargebacks, credit card changes, invalid credit cards. We reserve the right to cancellations as a result of a Guest’s failure to comply with these payment policies.

Currency:

Unless otherwise noted, all prices on the website and any fees associated with all bookings are quoted in United States Dollars (“USD”), and all payments to The Sunergia Travel Group will be charged in USD. International Guests may incur additional fees assessed by their bank or credit card processors.

Methods of Payment:

All guests are required to complete and submit a credit card authorization form, a copy of their state issued ID/Drivers License/Passport for each individual that are using a Credit or Debit Card as a form of payment when paying separate. All credit cards and documentation submitted for payment will be thoroughly screened through our secured process for authenticity to protect against fraud to protect you the customer and Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”). Any cards or information submitted for payment that is found to be fraudulent will be handed over to the proper authorities for criminal prosecution

Deposits:

All deposits per person is due at time of booking, which is non non-refundable. After deposits is paid, all payments will be processed on the first of each month as per your payment schedule. All balances must be paid in full by the payment due date.

Monthly Payments:

If you choose monthly payment plan, after making your deposit, your remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly installments. Under this plan, you can make scheduled payments at any time, but a minimum of 1 (one) payment every 30 (thirty) days.

Payment Obligations Upon Completion of Reservation:

Upon completion of a reservation, all guests are obligated to pay all pass-through charges and administration charges based on the the reservation, and any additional purchases made directly with The Sunergia Travel Group.

Port Charges, Taxes & Gratuities:

Each Guest is required to pay port charges, government taxes and fees, onboard service gratuities for shipboard staff and other charges due at time of booking and payable as part of final payment for The Juneteenth Freedom Cruise, plus the price of the Stateroom.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Terms and Conditions of our Payment Policies are Subject to Change: The Payment Policies of your reservation from the Sunergia Travel Group are subject to change at any time.
  • Not Responsible for Acts of Third Parties: The Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) does not own the ship or properties or operate any entity that provides goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground operators, guides, sightseeing companies, entertainment, food or drink service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, Guest agrees Sunergia Travel Group is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity, nor is Sunergia Travel Group is responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity it does not own or control, nor for any act or inaction of any other third party not under its control.
  • Not Responsible for Guest Inability to Travel: Guest is responsible for arriving at the travel location in a timely basis and with all the documentation required for the reservation. he Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) is not responsible for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses that Guest may incur for Guest’s inability to complete their reservation as outlined herein.
  • Force Majeure: Further, The Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) shall not be liable for, any loss or damage as a result of causes of any kind beyond the reasonable control of the Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) (a “Force Majeure Event”), such as, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs, stoppages of work or other labor difficulties, insurrection, riots, war, changes in laws and regulations and other acts or demands of civil, political or military authorities, freight embargoes, shipping restrictions, air travel delays or cancellations, car or truck shortages, inclement weather, accidents, fire, explosion, flood or unavoidable casualties, pandemics, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, etc.
  • Limitation of Liability in the Event of a Refundable Cancellation: As stated above, you, the guest may elect to participate in the applicable Refund Program. Our obligation to the Guest is limited to the repayment of amounts heretofore paid for the reservation, Pass-Through Charges and any additional purchases made directly with the Sunergia Travel Group. All administrative Fees are non-Refundable. All Guest shall be liable for, any losses or damages incurred by Guest to any vedor properties and/or cruise ships, whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, including attorney fees, and not hold the Sunergia Travel Group or its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers, and directors (collectively “The Sunergia Travel Group”) responsible for their action while at properties and/or on a cruise ship.

Acceptance of the Refund Policy

Set forth below are the Refund Policies issued by Sunergia Travel Group and applies to every client, and their guests, as set forth by the Sunergia Travel Group. By completing any reservation, You, the client, and your guests expressly agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms as stated below and as may be amended from time to time. Such modifications and amendments to have the same force and effect as those set forth below. Failure to accept The acceptance of the "Refund Policy" in the time frame and manner determined by Sunergia Travel Group and/or it's entitles. The Sunergia Travel Group reserves the right to cancel Guest’s reservation without a refund at our discretion and where allowed by local, state, or federal law.

Refundable Events:

Non-Refundable Payments – Refund Events:

Except as set forth in this section, all Administrative Charges are non-refundable. Stateroom Price and Port Charges, Taxes & Gratuities payments made to date or paid in the future are only when a “Refund Event “ occurs, and when a guest elects to participate in that Refund Event program. The following are considered Refund Events: when one of the following occur (“Refund Events”):

  • Carnival Cruise Lines, Sunergia Travel Group or The Juneteenth Celebration Cruise cancels or reschedules the cruise Guests may elect to continue their Reservation with the rescheduled cruise without any increase in Stateroom Prices that were to have been available to them if this subject cruise had sailed.
  • If a Guest is prevented from traveling to the port of embarkation by governmental travel restrictions, or a qualifying event through no fault of their own, a credit toward the 2023 sailing will be given if proper documentation is submitted with the request.

Full Refund: A full refund will be issued in the following events:

  • Cancellations made 120 days or more before the scheduled departure date.
  • Trip cancellations initiated by Sunergia Travel Group.
  • Unforeseen events, including force majeure, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the control of the traveler. The Sunergia Travel Group reserves the right to determine what is a refund event at our discretion and where allowed by local, state, or federal law.

In the event of cancellation by the guest of more than 120 days of travel arrangements due to any reasons, Sunergia Travel Group must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges/refund Eligibility will be effective from the time/date we receive and acknowledge your cancellation in writing. Cancellation fees as below apply to air, land land cruise packages and/or services.

  • 120 - 75 days prior to arrival – 25% penalty of the Tour.
  • 75 - 30 days prior to arrival – 75% penalty of the Tour.
  • 30 days or less - No Show–No Refund..

For any train or flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking. In case of special train journey and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

  • Sunergia Travel Group may modify, change, our Refund policies and/or payment due dates at out discretion, and all guests will be notified within 30 days of such changes.
  • Sunergia Travel Group reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time at its sole discretion, and/or to deny or refuse service to any person, that does not adhere to the payment polices set forth in each itinerary.

Request for Refund:

  • Clients must submit a written request for a refund, detailing the reason for the refund, along with supporting documentation (if applicable).
  • Refund requests should be sent to refunds@sunergiatravelgroup.com within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Refunds not requested within 30 days of cancellation will be refunded on a 75% future trip credit at our discretion and where allowed by local, state, or federal law.

Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances:

In cases of force majeure, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the traveler, Sunergia Travel Group reserves the right to modify or cancel trips. In such cases, customers will be provided with alternative options or offered a full refund, excluding non-refundable deposits or fees.

Travel Insurance:

Sunergia Travel Group encourages clients to purchase travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected events, including trip cancellations or interruptions. Travel insurance claims will be subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.Sunergia Travel Group does not have influence and/or participation in making final decisions for the insurance providers

Refund Process:

  • all refund request must be in writing and received in specified time fram as published in this refund policy. Refunds can be requested via email at refunds@sunergiatravelgroup.com or via fax at (614-) 604-9019 by 11:59 p.m. of the guests local time of date of deadline to request a refund.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved, and will be credited back to original form of payment in a time frame according to your financial institution.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
