It is important that your current email address and telephone number remain on file because important cruise information may be sent to you before sailing.
Contact the Cruise Reservation Center if your email address, telephone number, mailing address or other contact information changes.
Contact the Cruise Reservation Center as soon as you discover an incorrect, misspelled or changed guest name.
Name changes may be subject to a fee of up to $75 per person. The applicable charge and whether a requested change can be made will depend on the reservation and circumstances of the change.
Guest names should correspond with the identification and travel documentation that will be presented for the cruise. Do not wait until embarkation to report a name discrepancy.

Call the Cruise Reservation Center before making assumptions about whether a guest can be replaced. We will review the reservation and explain the options available at that time.
Stateroom inventory can change as guests modify or cancel reservations. When the category you want is unavailable, you may submit a request through our Stateroom Wait List .
Joining the wait list does not guarantee that a stateroom or specific category will become available. If qualifying inventory becomes available, requests can be addressed based on availability and applicable booking requirements.
Information about payments, balances, payment schedules, financing and final payment.
Follow the payment instructions associated with your Juneteenth Freedom Cruise™ reservation.
If you are uncertain how to make a payment or need assistance, call the Cruise Reservation Center at (866) 786-3744.
Your reservation and payment records determine the remaining amount due. If you need confirmation of your current balance, contact the Cruise Reservation Center.
Have your reservation information available so we can locate the correct booking.
Your applicable payment schedule and reservation information identify your payment requirements and final-payment deadline.
Do not rely on another guest's payment schedule because reservation terms may differ. If you are uncertain about your deadline, contact the Cruise Reservation Center before the payment becomes due.
Payment-plan options may be available depending on when your reservation is made, the applicable fare and the amount of time remaining before final payment.
We also offer financing through FlexPay. FlexPay provides an additional financing option for eligible guests who prefer to finance their cruise purchase rather than use the standard reservation payment schedule.
FlexPay financing is subject to its own eligibility requirements, approval, terms and conditions. Financing is separate from the standard Cruising for Causes payment-plan option.
When permitted by your reservation's payment arrangement, additional payments may be made toward the outstanding balance. You may also pay the remaining balance before the final-payment deadline.
If you are participating in a scheduled payment arrangement and want to change how the remaining balance will be paid, contact the Cruise Reservation Center.
A declined or unsuccessful payment does not satisfy the amount due on your reservation.
Address the issue promptly. Contact the Cruise Reservation Center if you need assistance resolving the payment before an applicable reservation deadline.
Payment arrangements may allow more than one guest to contribute toward a reservation. Regardless of who submits individual payments, the total amount required for the reservation must be satisfied by the applicable deadlines.
Contact the Cruise Reservation Center if you need assistance coordinating payments for your stateroom.
What to do when your reservation or travel circumstances change.
Stateroom changes are subject to current availability, applicable pricing, occupancy requirements and reservation terms.
Changing to another stateroom or category may change the price of your reservation. Contact the Cruise Reservation Center so we can review the available options.
Stateroom pricing and availability can depend on occupancy. Adding or removing a guest may affect the reservation, pricing or stateroom eligibility.
Contact the Cruise Reservation Center before making an occupancy change.
Contact the Cruise Reservation Center before cancelling an individual guest. Removing a guest can affect occupancy, pricing and the remaining guests' reservation.
Applicable cancellation terms, penalties and cruise-line requirements will depend on the reservation and the timing of the change.
If the cancelling guest purchased travel insurance, they should also review their policy to determine whether the reason for cancellation may qualify as a covered event and what documentation may be required.
Visit our Travel Insurance page for additional information.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the applicable reservation terms and when the cancellation occurs. Cancellation penalties may increase as the sailing approaches.
Your non-refundable deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation of the reservation does not make the non-refundable deposit eligible for a refund.
Review the Cancellation Policy and contact the Cruise Reservation Center before cancelling if you have questions about how the policy applies to your reservation.
