When should I arrive at the cruise terminal?
- The Juneteenth Freedom Cruise embarks from Port of Galveston, TX on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 4:00PM ET. All guests are required to select a boarding window during the online check-in process (starting 14 days prior to the cruise). Boarding the day of the cruise typically begins by 9:30AM ET, and all guests must be onboard no later than 3:00PM ET.
I am flying, when should I schedule my flights?
- Unless you reside near the Port of Galveston, we recommend guests arrive the day prior to the cruise. On the day of disembarkation, June 22, 2024, the ship is scheduled to arrive back in the Port of Galveston at 8:00AM CT. Due to the time it takes to clear Customs and Immigration, it is difficult to estimate the exact time you will be able to depart the ship. To be safe, we do not recommend scheduling flights prior to 12:00PM CT.
